Individual reservation policies and rules

RATES

Taxes are non included ( 2 $ TSH 5% TPS and 9,5 % TVQ).

Service on meals is included for group and packages and none included for individual meals.

Rates and treatments contents could be changed at any time .

Activities are not refundable meals and treatments need to be cancelled at least three hours before appointment .

On saturday night a 35 $ per pers per night will be charged on rooms only.

A 50 $ supplement is applied on simple occupancy.

Incase of cancellaion 48 hours before arrival your gift certificate will be cancelled.You can choose to leave instead a 25 % deposit.

In case of weather conditions on your reservation day such as schools closed you can posponed your reservation.

Deposit will be posponed on a future date.
